Our Story
Egghead Outdoors LLC is a small family owned and operated business located in the Rocky Mountains. Our origin story begins with the fortuitous meeting of two men who would eventually become friends and partners. One had an innate ability to visualize pragmatic solutions to problems. The other had the technical education to project from a drawing on the back of a beer coaster into practical products.
The name Egghead reflects our team's tendency to obsessively analyze problems, treating them as puzzles to understand fully an attempt to solve them with “deliberately thoughtful design”.
The Eggheads strive to redefine workflow in the field.

Giving Back
The Egghead Outdoors family firmly believes in the American motto "e pluribus unum" (from the many, one). By supporting the people and resources within our community is how we Eggheads strive to honor this great American tradition.

Locally we volunteer annually to organized river clean-ups and organize our own in an effort to maintain and protect our precious outdoor resources. We donate time, proceeds and products to our local Project Healing Waters chapter viewing these small gestures as the least we can do to support the veterans who have sacrificed so much for us.
